The Software is a digital product delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products and to prevent unauthorized distribution, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. By purchasing the Software, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy.
NO REFUNDS will be issued for any reason including but not limited to:
CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES: By purchasing this Software, you agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or claims with your payment processor or financial institution. Lifetime license holders receive free software updates and priority support. Monthly and yearly subscribers receive updates during their active subscription period. IntellektX Algo reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Software at any time, though existing license holders will receive reasonable notice of any material changes.

IntellektX Algo is not responsible for the performance, availability, terms, or actions of any third-party service providers. Issues with broker execution, platform stability, or VPS uptime are beyond our control and responsibility.
CRITICAL: The Software is configured with optimal default settings based on extensive backtesting and live trading verification. These settings must NOT be modified unless you have explicit written permission and guidance from IntellektX Algo support.
If you modify any of the following parameters without authorization, you do so entirely at your own risk and void all support obligations:
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE: IntellektX Algo bears ZERO responsibility or liability for any losses, damages, or adverse results arising from modified settings. If you alter default settings and experience losses, you have no grounds for refund, support, compensation, or complaint. Performance claims and statistics apply ONLY to default recommended settings.

The Software's strategy is optimized for specific market conditions. Market regime changes, increased volatility, regulatory changes, or other external factors may affect performance. While the Software includes adaptive features, it may not be suitable for all market environments. Users should monitor performance and be prepared to pause or adjust the Software during adverse conditions.
The Software does not collect or transmit your trading data, account balances, or personal information to IntellektX Algo servers. License activation requires verification through secure channels. We do not have access to your broker account credentials or trading history. Your data privacy and security remain between you and your chosen broker.
